A checklist for New Projects

Having started many projects as well (and not finished most of them (when can we actually consider a project is finished?)), I understand how useful this list can be to make sure the energy and enthusiasm of the early days don’t fade. But the energy and effort to ask this often painful and time consuming questions, can also be the reason enthusiasm and energy are consumed and projects lose their initial strength.

How would you advice enthusiastic (and badly organised) project starters, to answers these questions without losing their energy?

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
