A small change in your energy consumption, a major global impact
The majority of the electricity we use is produced from fossil fuels (coal, natural gas, and petroleum), materials that come from plants (biomass), and municipal and industrial wastes. This means the emissions that result from combustion of these fuels include carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), particulate matter (PM) and heavy metals such as mercury.
Given this, human health is at risk as nearly all combustion byproducts have a negative impact on our environment. For example, CO2 is a gas that contributes to the greenhouse effect, SO2 causes acid rain which affects plants and animals that live in water, NOx contributes to ground level ozone, which irritates and damages lung tissue and heavy metals (like mercury) are hazardous to human and animal health with potential side effects including, but not limited to anemia, heart problems and central nervous system dysfunction.
Though power plants use air emission controls to reduce pollution by limiting the amounts of some substances they release into the air, the environment is still affected, as the pollution is reduced but not removed.
SCREEMS is the alternative we all need to transform society’s health and well-being by disrupting the old energy system and fighting against global warming. SCREEMS is the ultimate solution to expensive and climate threatening electricity. It is a green energy with zero CO2 Emissions that can be produced in any household off-grid, at a low cost and without compromise to quality.
How is this possible?
SCREEMS energy is produced with the help of Major Appliance Power Stations (“MAPS”), a device that is only the size of a dishwasher, but designed to generate enough energy to run an entire home or small to medium commercial venue.
How it works: the device uses a Stirling engine which operates by cyclic compression and expansion of air or other gas (the working fluid) at different temperatures, so that there is a net conversion of heat energy to mechanical work. This means that the Stirling engine heats, cools, and recycles the same air or gas over and over again to produce enough power to drive a machine.
MAPS devices are autonomous, so there is no need to be connected to the National Electricity & Gas grid. However, the most exciting pars is that in order to produce SCREEMS energy, the MAPS device will consume no fuel and it will generate zero carbon dioxide emissions — creating a major positive impact on the climate.
The device can be rented for your household at only 8¢ per kWh consumed, with no other costs, no installation charges, no purchase outlay, no fuel costs, no maintenance costs, no up-grade costs, and no “callout” emergency charges.
SCREEMS is making use of blockchain technology for both funding and the creation of its own economy, offering 1 million NRGY Tokens for a €20 loan per token, convertible into IPO stock. The IPO is set to float on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market Board, estimated to commence in March or April 2019.
The objective of SCREEMS Project is to have a running, functional mass production line with about 2 billion units installed by the end of 2020. This will make the units available for all countries that have ratified the Paris Climate Agreement as it enables them to meet the objective and reduce emissions at an affordable rate.
