My Successful career to be

I have two weeks to complete my coding bootcamp at The Iron Yard. It is time to reflect on my future career. Having heard from guest lecturers in person and online I have a more clarity on what a good career path would be for me.

My strengths lie in solving problems and connecting people to help them solve problems as a team. In two years I see myself as a junior developer learning as much as I can on the job and outside and sharing my knowledge with others. In five years, I see myself mentoring junior developers as I continue to develop my skills and knowledge. Further ahead, I see myself speak at conferences on how to build collaborative development teams.
