LONGEVITY, BODY DEGENERATION AND DEATH
As many people who have read my books or blogs probably already know, is that I believe we know our day of birth and death; that we actually create that moment by the way we think and exist. Now, of course, I’m sure a lot of your will say, how do you know what comes before life, and my answer is that by knowing what takes place during it.
I’m not trying to be mystical or enigmatic when I make these assertions, but quite pragmatic and realistic. Existence and non-existence, both follow a predictable pattern that is observable and hence, controllable by the mind.
Here, I am stating clearly that I believe in mind-over-matter which includes mind-over spacetime and gravity, which by the way, I wrote a book about should anyone here be interested in reviewing my take on perception, consciousness and the control of spacetime entitled: The Kryptonite Blocking Handbook.
The point that I sought to present is that at the nexus or central loci of order lies perception; meaning the way in which our thoughts or beliefs control the order by which the world is encountered, and our lives lived.
I believe that we are, or at least can be, the sole controller of that order; but we must awaken to the way in which we are apperceiving and interacting with the world.
To do this we must awaken to first of all to the realization that we are at the helm of our reality, and hence, in charge of the rate by which our lives are lived. By the term ‘rate’ I mean how we pilot our physical craft as we move through being in the world as we near the exit point called death.
If, for instance, we live a fast life that is full of poor health habits, negative behavior, drug use and violence, we are navigating with little control. The more we reduce these poor energy expenditures known as bad habits, the more we gain control over our flight through life and better is our chance of living a long, healthy, vigorous life. Should we do the opposite, we actually reduce the chances of attaining optimum longevity goals.
What we do, in fact, is slow down or impair the mechanisms that lead to optimum well-being and degrade the ability to control the outcome. One might say that we lose control of the outcome; impede the process; and block the flow of energy needed to live a long, healthy life. What we do when we do these things that are blocking the flow, is disable its ability to move forward in an effective manner. In short, we slow it down to a crawl by getting in the way in an unproductive or non-supportive manner.
Personally, I equate this blocking of energy as a slowing down of the body which leads in turn to poor, or lower functioning. The body literally becomes stiff and awkward; what we think of as out-of-shape.
When we get into SHAPE what we are really saying or doing is opening up the energy channels so the vital force can flow unimpeded. Furthermore, it struck me with dramatic impact that is what is happening as we move toward death. In short, when we live in an unhealthy manner, we are blocking the energy flow and vital force which invigorates the system making it supple, like healthy sapling, and turning it into a rigid, unbendable, sluggish mechanism bogged down in the mud of our bad habits.
In Fact, what we are doing is slowing ourselves down to a crawl, until we can’t get up off the couch without pain and a struggle because our system is so far off its center. Without vital energy flowing into the system, we become like a stiff board that is dried out and unbendable and both our body and mental habits are reflected clearly in this unbendable, stiff approach we have.
What is happening here is tremendously important for you to observe — a person like this is slowly killing themselves, they are slowing themselves down until they are so rigid and fixed that they are what we term ‘dead.’ Without realizing it people who have brought these conditions about have effectively engineered their own ends.
If you think that I’m extreme in my explanation of why we don’t live long and how we engineer it by blocking the vital force and damming up the system, then examine the features of immediate post-death symptoms demonstrated by what science calls RIGOR MORTIS:
“The process of rigor mortis starts within 2 hours of death and usually peaks at around 12 hours. On average, rigor mortis lasts for 24 to 48 hours. This is affected by factors like ambient temperature. Rigor mortis ends due to the decomposition of the muscles and the body, a process called secondary flaccidity. This is the final stage of death.” Net source.
I hope this short blog awakens you to the reality of mind-over spacetime and the impediment of vital force or energy, awakens in you the awareness of how this process takes place. My desire is to help you live a long, vigorous, happy-healthy life and nothing short of that.
Peace out and live longer by living active!!
