In person drop is very important to extra mile and to do something different. I was go for in person drop in a power company which are working on many mega projects DESCON. First of all all guard make the excuses you cannot go inside give me what you want to give your CV in company. when said that i want to meet with the manager Syed Bilal Farooq. He allow me to go inside the side the company then i meet with manager and tell him that i came hera to get internship for a trainee engineer and i want to drop my resume and cover letter.

he said that our all process is online to fill the applications then also we take an online test. I said that I also apply online but i want to meet with you and by doing this survey. I can know about much about the company its vision mission and which mega projects it is working. It was great experience for me to go for in person drop.

They took my resume and cover letter from me. When he review any cover letter he was amazed and appreciated me and keep my resume and cover letter and said that there will be few vacancies in our company and then we will call you. Then he said that have you any question?

Then I ask what is criteria to select a person for your company? He reply me that the criteria changes person to person. when we take interview we focus on his action either he is real and just making fake stories and also on his body language. we see their relative experience related too field. If he shows always positive attitude and confidential during talk then we select him.

I also ask the company status in next few years? and ask new project?

He replied that in the nest few years this will be number 1 company in the world in few incoming years. He also tell me about the projects on which it is working and which start the new projects. In person drop is very important to make interactions with persons and to get extra knowledge about the company. It makes you different than the other employee who applied for job and internship.
