How I reduced my weight to 5 kg in a week

The journey from 85.70 kg to 80.40 kg in a week

It all started when I was traveling back from a city in a train. My weight was 85.70 kg a week back. So, there came a gut feeling to pursue a strict diet and reduce my weight at any cost. And after a week I managed to get my weight to 80.40 kg. Yeah, you read it write, I reduced my weight to more than 5 kg.

Now let me tell you what I did exactly in this week starting from jogging to what I ate. I just ate fruits and it’s juices this week(100% natural juice without sugar). Yes I was only relying on fruits. Apart from this, daily I walked for more than 6 km and around 500 m of jogging. So, the average of walking would be around 7–8 km a week. I have a Xiaomi’s Mi Band which helped me a lot in monitoring the statistics and distance travelled. I am hereby attaching the statistics of my weekly walking and jogging distance.
