Tim Tracker is a popular YouTuber who posts vlogs every single day that centers around the sights and sounds of Orlando. His wife Jenn Tracker is along his side, editing the vlogs while he records their life through the camera lens. The Trackers are Florida theme park vloggers that draw in audiences from around the world but have a loyal following of Disney and Universal fanatics. With 724,000 subscribers, the Trackers take each viewer inside their lives at home and through the theme parks giving updates on new events, food and drinks and even merchandise in the parks.

The interactive experiences mainly start from commenting back to their follower’s questions or concerns through YouTube comments. While they comment back, they will also mention some of the question’s the fans had in their next video. This could range from ride updates in Magic Kingdom, what is the cheapest place to grab a bite to eat and what technology the couple is using to record their videos. There is one technique that stands out above all. The ending of their videos.

The Trackers are known for closing every video with the saying “Now It’s Time to Pay the Price.” This is their biggest technique to involve users by letting their fans be the ones to say it at the end. The tradition originally started as the couple saying it in their home but now any fan can walk straight up to them and simply ask to say the phrase for a video. The Trackers will always say yes. This is a personal experience that allows a community to be involved in person and through a screen. This is a catchphrase that is known by ever user that follows them. The experience to say it alongside them creates the interactive loop and a bit of envy from some viewers.

Struggling to get pregnant over the years, the couple finally announced they are expecting a baby boy. Subscribers have supported them on their journey by leaving advice to help the couple. In a “Disney Date Night” vlog, Jenn is going on a ride for the first time pregnant but was hesitant to choose one. Jenn says, “one of you guys said Pirates of the Caribbean was your first so that will be my first ride.” I have never personally seen a negative comment come from this wholesome couple or from any user directed towards them. They always respond in a positive tone and honestly love the feedback they receive. They respond to interaction by answering the questions directly in every video. Also, you should expect their question of “what do you guys think?” after they give an opinion whenever they take a bite of a new treat in one of the parks.

In a Lau Family Travel’s blog post, the family wrote about the Trackers and said, “I can say that they are just as down to earth and genuinely kind as they are in their videos! It made me like them even more!”

Jenn is notorious for saying “I’ll leave a link below for you guys to check that out” when she is referencing a past video. A fan commented on that and Tim said, “I’ve gotten comments before that said every time that Tim says we’ll link that one down below, Jenn groans.” Jenn responded with a laugh and said, “I’m always telling you we should show them that video!” Every time they respond to interaction, it is truly out of interest and admiration. Users always feel reassurance.
They always respond to comments in a light-hearted tone and appreciate every piece of advice. The couple never says “our audience” but rather “you guys” when talking directly to their viewers. Jenn mentioned in the Disney Date vlog, “you guys have wanted cheaper theme park options” so the couple stopped into a restaurant at Magic Kingdom and ordered a sandwich that was a decent price for a decent taste.

Tim and Jenn Tracker continue to grow fan loyalty because of their commitment to make their subscribers feel like family. The interactive loop starts with the video itself, then comments under it that get answered on the spot and especially their whole-hearted personalities that resemble Walt Disney. Whether you like Florida, theme parks or family updates; the influence this couple has on their community pays a price for other YouTube creators.
