Regardless of who you are or how much you think you need or not, do this:
- Take 2 or 3 immersive personal transformation kind of programs a year (like my Emotional Fitness or Naked program and my Awaken The Dream Retreat, or with anyone else) with me or with anyone else that you want.
- Read daily at least 30 minutes. (You can miss a meal but never miss reading) intend to read at least 2 new great non – fiction books a month.
- Meditate or practice some form or mindfulness training everyday for at least 10 minutes (if you don’t have 10 minutes, you don’t have a life)
- Train your body everyday. Exercise in some form for 30 to 90 minutes.
- Breath deeply and intentionally at least every hour. Deep breathing relaxed the brain and energizes the body.
- Make sure at least 90% of what you drink everyday, is clean, pure water.
- Get a personal coach (not a friend) someone that helps you with daily accountability on your progress and decision making.
If you think that you can just go for one personal growth event or conference once in a while or read a few self help books and your done, your life will extraordinarily set for ever, you’re wrong. It’s a lifetime practice. The training never stops. Most people overestimate what they can achieve and enjoy in one year, and they underestimate what they can in 10 or 20 once they get started on this never ending journey. See you in 10 years.
