Sweetener World Tour is Ariana Grande’s Highest Grossing Tour To Date

Singer-songwriter Ariana Grande has doubled her gross sales from the Dangerous Woman Tour to the Sweetener World Tour. Having released two albums in the last two years, Grande created a 32 song set list primarily of songs from those albums.

According to Billboard, Grande wrapped the Sweetener World Tour with $146.4 million gross and 1.3 million tickets sold. These numbers have doubled since the Dangerous Woman Tour that earned $71 million gross. North American ticket prices averaged $118.54 compared to $92.52 in Europe.

The Sweetener World Tour debuted on March 18, 2019 and ran until Dec. 22, 2019. The show performed 68 North American and 29 European dates. The numbers Grande has brought in from this tour outsells her personal best thus far. Sales between North America and Europe are nearly equal between Sweetener World Tour and Dangerous Woman Tour.

Grande’s 2018–2019 №1 albums (Sweetener and Thank U, Next), had a combined 21 hits on the Billboard Hot 100. Out of those 21, two were №1 singles (Thank U, Next and 7 Rings). Last month, Grande released a live album of the Sweetener World Tour titled, K Bye For Now (SWT Live) to commemorate the end of a very successful era.
