Your Mind Is Antifragile—It Needs Adversity To Thrive
Brianna Wiest

I’ve saved this for days knowing it would be worth waiting for! I tend to lose sleep and walk into walls while I’m busy “deep thinking” some impending doom I’m convinced I need to wrestle into submission (single-handedly of course-I can’t seem to get used to not being single anymore!) Whenever it turns out just fine I remind myself of the saying “A coward dies a thousand deaths, a hero dies but one.” (Something like that.) WHO KNEW that my ruminating was actually getting this ‘ol brain bucket of mine to do a few push ups?! I’m sending this article to a doctor I just friended that specializes in brain scans-I think he’ll be fascinated! Excellent read-thank you!!!
