Talent must be like art… in the eye of the beholder. Skill and talent are not the same but both can be developed, nurtured and enhanced. The perception of talent could further be argued that the only reader that matters is the author himself.

I paint because I can.

Stephen Pressfield has said “ A real writer or artist has something to give. She has lived enough and suffered enough and thought deeply enough about her experience to be able to process it into something that is of value to others.”
