In Bangalore or Bengaluru, we have BDA which is Bangalore Development Authority. The layout of BDA typically includes the allocation of spaces for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure.
The following are the key components of a typical BDA layout:
1. Blocks: The land is divided into blocks of different sizes, typically rectangular or square in shape.
2. Roads: The blocks are interconnected with a network of roads, which are designed based on the expected traffic flow and the function of the surrounding areas.
3. Parks and open spaces: Parks and open spaces are usually allocated in the layout to provide recreational areas for the residents.
