Keeping in check the Unhealthy Ways of Life

Do you ever feel obese even if you are not or you lack energy when you have slept for more than 8–9 hours?
Do you get irritated if you face a slight negative situation?
These are some instances that you are spending your life in an unhealthy way.
To cut the crap, life is short and you have to live every moment of it with as much fun and frolic as possible. But if your health does not support you, then everything falls to pieces. That is the sole reason why we should take care of our health.
I will put down here the main 3 symptoms aka evidence that you are not your healthy self right now and needs to change your lifestyle ASAP.
1. Getting up late and still feeling sleepy
It always happens. Don’t feel bad if you also fall into this category. You can revive to your better self even if you feel it is too late.
In fact I was like this. And it was not easy and not at all like “I got up early and suddenly started feeling healthy”. It took time and determination to get out of the vicious circle. But once I was out of it, I felt liberated and full of energy.
Same applies for you.
The only solution I can think of is Willpower. After you wake up, meditation or walking for 10 mins will help a lot.
The ideal time for waking up is 5 am for me but I would recommend you to start with 7 am and gradually shift it to 5 am. Just be determined and you will come out in flying colours.
2. You drink only sodas and no water, you eat only junk food and no vegetables and fruits
You have to be mindful of what you offer to your holy body. We were never programmed to eat junk foods or drink fizzy drinks. But we forced ourselves to believe that.
I know it tastes great and I have also mentioned it here. But eating such food is bad for health in the long run.
If you want to be healthy, you have to eat healthy. Go to your nearest grocery store and buy fresh green fruits and vegetables now. Yes NOW!
3. Fully dependent on transport for commute
If one day the vehicles for commute disappears, the whole planet Earth will spiral down into major depression, I can bet you. We need transport and that is the part and parcel of our life. Period. We cannot change that. But, it is a very serious problem to our health and mankind.
What we can still change is our mindset. Even if we have to drive for long distance, we can still walk every morning and evening for at least 5 mins. Can’t you?
I urge you to take the first step towards a healthy you!
At the end of the day, I would suggest you to do anything that makes you feel fit. Even if you are not an athlete, you must feel positive even when things are not working for you.
Make your life meaningful and healthy and try to find a way for it. That’s it.
If you really want to be healthy in the easiest way possible, I do have a solution for that. Especially for the office-goers who don’t find enough time to keep aside for healthy eating.
