This could’ve been helpful…but it wasn’t. Dead.
While staying in a hotel, I came across this mirror in the bathroom. It had two sides: one that displayed a regular reflection and one that was magnified.
Very useful. I’d love to know who recommended this be created. Dope.
While in Japan, I went to a shopping mall with my family. One of the stores was selling small rugs.
I had no goal…once again, lol. Just another observation of something cool that I’d never seen before that I could definitely see myself using.
I walked by the rug aisle and noticed this decal on the ground:
This was the measuring cup I never knew I needed. Dope.
A while ago, I visited my brother’s house. While there, I got very comfortable with his kitchen; made myself right at home. I came across one of his measuring cups and damn near lost my mind in excitement. If you bake or do anything that involves measuring cups from time to time, I’m sure you’ll feel where I’m coming from.
Considering the state of the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this was pretty dope to see.
I was in need of some food and ended up walking over to Chipotle to pick up a salad bowl. On my way out (after getting my food), I stopped to pick up a plastic fork and some napkins; however, there were none in sight.
Given what’s been happening lately, I figured not having plasticware out was being extra safe so I wasn’t too annoyed. Makes sense. Better safe than sorry.
I was aiming to safely enjoy my meal.
It’s 2020 (and was 2019 at the time of this incident; however, I’m 100% certain the doors have not been replaced). Why are we still doing this? It’s been dead.
Often times, when we need to walk in and out of buildings or rooms, we use doors. Right? It’s been this way for quite a while. So, I think we can all agree that this is not a new concept.
To set the scene: I’d just finished a meal at a restaurant and proceeded to leave.
I didn’t know this existed and I’m pretty damn satisfied with them. 5 stars. Dope.
In my last post, I mentioned my trip to Japan and Korea. A part of knowing me is knowing about the intense anxiety I have about flying. However, I love to travel so I don’t let that stop me from getting on a plane when I need to. Because I’m already on edge by the time I get to the airport, anything that makes my life easier from then until the time I’ve exited my destination’s airport is a huge help to me.
So far…
They’re dope! Are they on cabs in U.S. too? I don’t take taxis often enough to know but I hope so!
It’s dead AF. Might as well ask for some hand sanitizer if you walk into a public restroom and see these sinks.
Also, I’m obsessed with bathroom experience so expect to see more.
I’m always going somewhere. I grew up as an army brat who moved constantly and adulthood seems to have not gotten the message that I no longer have to be a nomad — yet, I stay on the move. It’s cool though. I love to travel; I’m all for a new adventure, especially if it involves new food. …
It’s dope. Good to know that I can travel safely without having to be choked to death.
I don’t travel in the passenger seat of my car very often but not too long ago, I did. While riding shotgun, the seatbelt was digging into my neck, making it uncomfortable to wear. Usually, I’d just adjust the height of my seat but that capability is only possible on the driver’s side.
I wanted to travel safely and comfortably. Not much else to say.
Dope. This one’s an open and shut case. 🙃
My mom has been suffering from some pain in her back for the last few months (*sad face*) so she’d gone to see a doctor. The doctor gave her a prescription for a cream that was supposed to help alleviate the pain that she was feeling. After she got home, she asked me to open it for her.
I just literally needed to open the tube.
