The two offender teachers did not give the child a snack 11 times in a month, and did not wake up after the nap time, but the notices all show okay.

Parents wondered about the abuse as their children refused to go to school and were frequently injured, but the child still suffers from aftereffects a year later.

reporters tried to speak to the director several times, but did not reach them, and two teachers were charged with violating the Special Law on Penalties for Child Abuse Crimes.
