The recommended hours of sleep daily is 7 to 9 hours, but because of social media, this ideal rate isn’t achieved most of the time. Staying on their devices for longer hours and even taking their device with them to bed has become a very alarming and huge problem. The light emitted by mobile phones is over stimulating despite all those special screens and gimmicks promising minimal effects.
