Taking time to find your influences and diving into why you like them is key to shaping your sound. — When I first dove into music, I loved Led Zeppelin — especially Jimmy Page. Then as I started to play guitar, I realized something. Jimmy Page is one of my favorite guitar players, but I don’t want to sound like Jimmy Page. That’s when it dawned on me.
