The Keys to Finding the Dream Job

Everyone wants that dream job but how do you find it? The key to success is fining the key…words. When you’re searching for a job, employers usually put key words in the job description. It is very important to read the job description and pick out these key words. This will help you understand exactly what the job requirements are and what the employer is looking for.
I am currently going to school at the University of Minnesota Duluth, and I am studying Healthcare Management. There are so many different job types, opportunities, and different directions in this field. My dream job would be to work in a hospital or clinic after I graduate and work my way up the ladder to a high management position.
During my job search I realized actually how many different job titles there are under the Healthcare Management category. During this search I found an overwhelming amount of jobs, but at least I got my key words to keep me on track. Some of the keywords that kept appearing in my job hunt were: responsible, manager, managing, performance, support, and organized.
