
The answer is obvious, and so it’s no wonder why you see lots of apps change so much with each major update. There’s just no economic or even marketing reason to fix and tune things, or dive into long phases of cleaning up and optimizing central parts of the app. “Now has less bugs” is not what makes the headlines. Features, however, do, and so you see apps grow and grow, developers add and add, and… bloat, ultimately.
Components at the root level of the components folder are global and can be used anywhere in your application. But if you decide to define a new component inside another component (nesting), this new component can only be used by an entity that is a parent.
