Im a fresh driver in 1600 or above, i have tried all-the cheapest automobiles!?

i have just handed my driving make sure I’m looking for a cheap run around vehicle to start out me off, ive tried most of the cheap automobiles (fiestas, peugeots and even more) but nothing appears to consider my insurance lower, does anyone have any suggestions…???? thanks.
