A Simple Morning Ritual

I used to have a long and elaborate morning ritual that included a brisk morning walk, yoga etc.

For many reasons I’ve decided to simplify the process:

In Ayurveda it’s recommended to drink a glass of warm lemon water upon rising.
TIp: I use my phone as a timer but put it across the room so I don’t constantly check it.
