Where my travel blogging adventures began…
From Orlando to Miami, Atlanta, Virginia, Texas, Washington DC, NYC, the Bahamas and more, here’s how my American Dream started!
Two years ago I was fortunate enough to have a life changing experience of studying abroad in none other than Orlando, Florida. Little did I know this would be the start of my travel blogging beginnings!
I have always had a love for travel as I am sure 97% of people reading this post do too. Exploring new cities, meeting people from across the globe and immersing myself in new cultures is one of my passions. I’ve been lucky enough to travel across the world from an early age but Orlando, Florida is somewhere I can now call my second home.
I was accepted to study abroad at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, USA during my second year of university.
Before heading out across the pond, I knew I wanted to document my travels one way or another so my roommate and I decided to make video blogs of our adventures across the states!
Although it was somewhat of a mission constantly filming our adventures, making fools of ourselves doing so, it was well worth the time spent holding a selfie stick as I now have memories of my amazing time at UCF.
Check out our video blogs below…
UCF, Orlando, Florida
New Orleans, Louisiana
UCF Spirit Splash, Orlando, USA
Miami, Orlando, Bahamas, Caribbean
Atlanta, Texas, NYC, Washington DC
Each of these videos shows only a small part of my adventures but they all completely sum up the amazing time I had abroad.
The opportunity to dance down the streets of New Orleans with a wedding party and their jazz band, jumping off of rooftops into the Bahamian crystal clear blue waters, walking up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and seeing the words of the great leader, to looking out of the Empire State Building to the city that never sleeps. I had an experience that couldn’t be recreated and one that I wouldn’t change for the world.
Who knew that two years later this would have led to the launch of a travel blog. Now all I need is to get back out there and add to my blogging
Happy Travels! xo
