I’ve never understood the UX Developer title?

I always like to hope that these “UX Developer” positions involve quick html prototypes with iterative testing and interviews, but sadly, I imagine the “UX” is only present because of ignorance in an attempt to add vanity to the position. Much like (depending on where you live) 50% of the UX design positions out there.
