Looking at a single image out of context, of course you will assume the solution is short sided or lacking of actual problem solving. This omission of context in your assumptions is a sign of shortsightedness if nothing else. Basing so much assumption to reach your conclusion is a serious problem in the design world these days, but that’s nothing new.
