But it’s not. there is a very clear formula to build success product. And one of the core principles of this formula is to focus on customer’s problem/challenge/pain point. There is only one way to find out their problem/challenge/pain point — ask the right question. As a product manager, we should always remember, our product is not the center of users’ world, their problem is.
