SRE opportunity at a startup with a strong trajectory and solving problems that matter
My client is a high-growth startup on a mission to make the Internet a safer place. They already protect some of the world’s most notable online brands and are assembling a top engineering team as they scale their business.
We’re looking for a veteran site reliability engineer to help us automate deployment and operations, build increasingly robust and self-healing infrastructure, and architect large-scale compute and data systems.
We’ve collected trillions of events from our customers, who depend upon us to support mission-critical business operations with low latency. Your job is to ensure they can continue to depend upon us.
You’ve got a full tool belt and love to stay current on devops trends. Expertise in the AWS stack is a must: EC2, ELB, S3, Route32, and so on.
You’ve used a range of automation, containerization, orchestration, and monitoring technologies and have informed opinions about how to put them to best use. You’ve supported NoSQL clusters, data pipelines, and distributed caching systems. You’re a strong coder and likely a scripting guru.
Basically, you’ve seen and done a lot, and can help us up our game.
Raised over $50M from tier one investors in order to tackle a winner-takes-all market where having the most data will make all the difference. Around 25 engineers on the team. Located in San Francisco.
Smart, happy people who work hard, but not too hard, and believe in our mission. A diverse group that genuinely enjoys working together.
