The party system is obviously fucked and we need to fix how campaigns are financed. Obviously that won’t happen under a President Clinton. Why would she change the system that allowed her to defeat an insurgent candidate — who is probably the most formidable grassroots challenger to an establishment candidate this century? She wouldn’t. Clearly. And everyone knows this.

The bigger issue is the media who cares more about having a pro-corporate government than either a liberal or conservative one. They’ve written the narrative and given us the choice of The Donald vs. #HillaryForHillary. Both of whom will be great for big business (at least in the short term).

Candidates like Bernie were never more than a horserace story for the mainstream media. His ideas wouldn’t help their bottom line, but a close race helps sell ad time.

It’s depressing, disgusting and exhausting.
