Communication network that spans the earth.

Many of us have access to the global network, with the limitless capabilities of the internet, we all have the ability to not only communicate with people from other counties, but also share our information and ideas with others around the world. I may have already mentioned something like this in another post, (the global village one in particular) but the world wide web allows us all to learn new things from each other and other sources that are only available through accessing the internet. Information is much more stream lined and instead of listening to the radio station or watch various talk shows or even the news, we all go online and view youtube videos and other sources the internet has available for us. With the global network our lives become somewhat more easier.

But with all this access, has everything become a little too easy? Information is so streamlined these days that we barely have to go out of our way to gain any information we may need. This by all means is a good thing, I cant pick any negatives out of it, except the fact that we may be too reliant on the internet. But once again we have to look to the future when discussing such things. How will this technology grow? And what will be the impacts. Satellite global networks, Mobile wireless networks, Network interconnection and Social and economic impact all allow this to happen. Our world is filled with technology that allows these networks to exist. Our world has changed so much due to this.

With the internet many organisations can construct their own global network and spread and share information with each other over time. A global network can help a company with marketing and making others aware of their product. It allows them to buy and trade online and in time gives us access to things that wouldn't be possible without global networking. Global networking can help smaller businesses compete against larger companies, due to its accessibilities.
