Moving to NYC

Moving to NYC during the holidays was tiring. After a good nights sleep, I am now settled in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Last night I met two roommates, Ross and Lilly. Ross is a graduate student exploring the intersection of art and technology. Lilly works for a non-profit as an educational advisor for high school students. Ross and I talked about our programming backgrounds, he does more back-end programming with Python, I do more front-end programming with Javascript. Ross also provided me with a map of good spots to check out around the apart. This inspired me to create my own map of the places I visit. https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=zOkRWkheUmEQ.kNKanuTijIEI

Places visited:

The Shanty

The Shanty: Cocktail bar, specializing in gin which is distilled on premise.
