Thoughts on a Monday — April 4, 2016

Today I used large, purple frozen grapes as a replacement for ice. Yum. And fun. I’ve been really enjoying experimenting in the kitchen. You can almost make a whole new dish by just tweaking a couple ingredients. There’s no end to the imaginative ways you can prepare things. AND, I don’t even have any official training. So there must me even more amazing combinations that an expert chef would work with regularly.

I’m going to start Game of Thrones Season 5 soon. It’s been a really exciting show to watch. The scenery/cinematography is incredible. Not to mention the acting among other things.

There was a song I wrote about the Camino de Santiago a few years ago and I wanted to relearn it. I also dropped the key and figured out some new chords to use. The song is called Car Sick.

I’d like to make an acoustic album. I think I would include Trust in You, Eternity, I’ll be There, and Car Sick. Maybe some others too.

Recently I made sayingthings.com redirect to my Facebook page. I feel like it’s simpler that way. Plus Facebook lets you easily add pictures, videos, events…etc.

I deleted my Twitter, Vine, and Instagram accounts. Sometimes I go back and forth doing it. But I think it’s better for me not to spend so much time on Internet things. Better to spend more time with people.

Regarding my future, I’m thinking about potentially moving back to LA next year. But we’ll see. Mainly depends on if there are job opportunities in Madrid or not. Doesn’t look TOO hopeful for the types of jobs I’m interested in.
