I like this setup a lot. A couple of questions/observations:
Craig Kennedy

Hey Craig — good questions! Hope this will help.

  1. I do have a ton of repeating tasks in OF. They belong to the appropriate projects, and don’t go into my Today project. They just have due dates. I begin my day by clearing the Forecast and then move on to Today. The Forecast is where the urgent lives (and sometimes the life-or-death deadlines), and the Today project is where my important stuff lives. Hopefully that makes sense.
  2. Nope. I just write tasks I want to get done that day down in the Today project. Most of my projects only have a couple tasks in them, so I tend to flesh them out in the Today area. This helps me spend as little time as possible in Omnifocus and as much time as possible actually doing my work.
