2.Be trustworthy

In today’s culture, trust is a major concern and any employee who demonstrates trustworthiness is on a fast track to professionalism. Trustworthiness involves completing an assigned task while not letting down expectations; you must portray reliability when considered to render a service.

3.Be courteous and respectful

4.Be competent and improve continually

Competence is the skill of an individual to perform the given task efficiently. It is an amalgamation of knowledge, skills and behavior that enhance the overall performance. Competency grows with experience and to the extent one is keen to learn and adjust.
