You can apply for Canada PR from India through one of the immigration streams of Saskatchewan, known as the SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program). The SINP enables Saskatchewan to choose candidates who are qualified for provincial permanent residency and then recommend them to the federal government. The SINP has not set a deadline for accepting applications. The factors, such as education, experience, talents, and others, are used by the SINP to choose the candidates. However, the standards may change without notice in accordance with provincial requirements, and new applications may be handled using the most recent standards.
