No, I’m showing how elaborating beyond a rather simple, nondescript sentence can give more context which may show — depending on whether any particular reader chooses to hold any belief in what I said — that what Adam said was part of the decision. It certainly wasn’t, as you harshly alleged, a disrespectful attempt to mislead people.
But, hey, that’s just my recollection of articles that I read back before there was even such a thing as CSS so you can do with that — and my opinion — what you will.
