Reflection on Database Tutorial

Making this tutorial was not as bad as I thought it would be. After completing the digital storytelling assignment, I felt far more confident in using iMovie professionally. I decided to demonstrate how to use Freegal, a subscription service that allow you to download music for free. The patrons at my library always want to learn how to use the new tech offerings we have, but are constantly confused no matter how many times you explain the process. This video was aimed towards them. I explained every step that one would encounter when trying to stream or download music. I ran into a few issues when using iMovie, but I think that is due to the fact that I have an older version of the software. My audio kept cutting in and out and I had to record over and over again. This was the most frustrating part of the process. Otherwise, creating the video was smooth. I felt like the transition from shot to shot was fluid and overall my video would be a big help to the patron at my library. I feel like if this service was more complicated, a video would be too longwinded of an explanation. However, this was simple enough to keep the attention of anyone.
