Great article! The words you’ve shared are filled with energy! Recently I’ve been struggling to change some bad habits and wake up earlier myself. As you have pointed out, in theory it all seem easy and practical, but when the time comes and I have to leave the comfort of my bed I must say I surrender to the good and old “snooze”. But, it’s never too late right? I think the benefits that come from waking up earlier and the good time that we earn that can be used with quality are worthy of a little extra effort, so, I’m gonna give it a try (again!) :]
