I am the husband of a professional couple who enjoys traveling the world in search of nude beaches, the perfect bottle of wine, and corners of the planet that are well off the beaten track. We have been married for well over three decades, have three grown children, two grand-children, and the world's best dog.

The bulk of my work here on Medium will be an extended series of essays mostly under the banner of Nothing in My Duffel Bag. That was intended to be a book about our naturist exploration. Not sure if the book will ever happen, but in the meantime I love writing about our travels - naturist or not - along with other musings related to social nudity.

As bizarre as it seems to me that naturism still carries taboos in some professional circles, I'm a little guarded about posting photos easily susceptible for facial recognition software, but you can read a bit more about me here in my Globetrotters profile.
