All the politics and vitriol aside, the really unfortunate ones are the unborn babies that are denied their basic right. The right to simply live. You can say all you want, but the greatest human rights tragedy is the mass killing of babies. It’s vile when you think about it. We need to address this culture of death and reduce this killing and give a voice to all these killed babies just as we continue to give voice and rights to women, gays and lesbians, minorities and anyone else who is disenfranchised. The unborn have no voice unless we in society give them one. We don’t need politicians for this. It really is upon those of us who appreciate the sanctity of rights — rights for each and all of us.
