You are totally right. Can’t game timing. When the student is ready, the teacher appears.

People (I did this in the past as well) don’t give themselves permission to just be. Because they would have to accept that they are enough. And that self acceptance doesn’t come easy. This is the hard work.

If we could give ourselves that acceptance and go from human being to human doing, time would be out to charm us. Opportunity presents itself as crisis. And the light is preceded by darkness.

I used to be wary of the darkness and act (do stuff) my way through it. Until I realized that the darkness is when I give myself permission to be the person I want to be. And that is what brings the light about.

“Into the darkness you must choose to go so you can be the light. And in doing so, come to be.”

To just being. In the moment. And not getting caught up in the frenzied cycle of mindlessly doing.
