Not only wasting time I’ve found, but KILLING your mindset. The news is almost 100% negative click-bait that’s purpose is to infuriate readers because that’s what sells. It’s really sad and the crazy thing is when you step back a second and realize, “…wow, this shit is really working and making me mad, and for what?” 😂

I usually start my days off with SunnySkyz.com for this reason. Basically it’s a positive news website and it gets my head in the right place. It really helps me to remember everyday that there’s good that occurs in the world too, no matter what these, “news,” outlets try to portray.
