10 habits that make me happy

  1. Celebrate little wins & life generally
  2. Excersise a few times per week
  3. Meditate in the morning
  4. Work on something I enjoy
  5. Spend time with positive, cut out the negative people
  6. Eat pizza (and sometimes salad)
  7. Don’t take myself too seriously
  8. Read at least 30 min per day
  9. Travel and try new things
  10. Spend enough time in bed (with no screens allowed) :-)
