Managing, for Millennials
Peter Brack

Here’s another thing to think about.

Experience is actually an asset. Experience in the hands of someone with a secure ego is not to be feared. Hiring experienced people may be critical for your company. Experienced people have seen many problems before and have gained mastery in their profession. This is an asset, not something to be feared.

What’s another name for experienced people? Older people. So expand you mind and don’t practice age discrimination.

If you’re uncomfortably working with someone the age of your parents, perhaps you should reflect on that. Is this any different than someone who is uncomfortable working with women or people of color?

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
