Hi Jeremiah — nice article, thanks for sharing your latest thinking. Have you read (I hope you’ve read!) Roger Martin’s Design of Business. In one of the key passages, he says that there are two kinds of companies — those that struggle to get new ideas into the pipeline, and those that struggle to get ideas through the pipeline. In other words, those that struggle to innovate, and those that struggle to productize. I would be super interested to learn more about companies that struggle with the latter.
