#WellActually, the Rockets and Moreyball were the pioneer of this style of offense. The Warriors were able to execute it better because they have the best roster in the league. Kinda like Apple and smartphones and tablets. They didn’t invent the concept but made them mainstream and extremely popular.

The Rockets still led the league in 3pt-ers attempted and made by a wide margin. They just don’t have enough good and consistent shooters (and only a single all-star) to compete with the top tier in a 7-game series format.
