Boone is the Town of North Carolina, the United States located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The elevation of Boone is just 3,333 ft (1,015.9 m) above the Sea Level. Boone is the home of Appalachian State University. The town is nominated for great American explorer Daniel Boone. Boone is the largest social and the industrial hub of the seven- region of Western North Carolina known as the High Country.
