Hi Divyaansh, while that’s true, there are custom audiences you can create for video views and then specifically exclude them. For all other cases, you are right, you can do it for people engaging with your page or Ads for a particular duration.

As a practice, I create a few standardised ones (engaged with an Ad within the last 1,2,3….30 days) and then retarget/exclude based on average ad recall values of my campaigns. This goes a long way in avoiding a rapid rate of audience fatigue and also stops my ads from being reported and wasting spend on repeat views
