Often the issue I have is getting the ‘media people’ to behave like product people providing a vision/roadmap to explain the weird and new stuff in the first place. they are then often quick to criticise when the tech isnt there and other organisations have created weird stuff. I suspect this might be because a lot of those people are tuned to think reactively, where is the big story now rather than being able to understand how to play the long game. Great post by the way.
