“Not saying this system isn’t good.”

This system is good in the same way that a nuclear power plant that outputs very large amounts of energy for 10 seconds than proceeds to melt its core and destroy everything in its path. The system is not socially sustainable, not environmentally sustainable and not even economically sustainable, as the ongoing global economic crisis can attest.

Having said that, this is a very good analysis of how capitalism favors those who already have capital to the detriment of those who don’t. It is a system that, by design, progressively and perpetually concentrates wealth in the hands of a few until the social, environmental and economic systems collapse.
