My Experience in Boot Camp so far; Home-Day 3:

Front End Technology:

Front-end is a term used to characterize program interfaces and services relative to the initial user of these interfaces and services. (The “user” may be a human being or a program.) A “front-end” application is one that application users interact with directly.

Technologies that comprise front-end web development:

Short for Hyper Text Markup Language, the authoring language used to create documents on the World Wide Web. HTML is similar to SGML, although it is not a strict subset.

HTML defines the structure and layout of a Web document by using a variety of tags and attributes. The correct structure for an HTML document starts with <HTML><HEAD>(enter here what document is about)<BODY> and ends with </BODY></HTML>. All the information you’d like to include in your Web page fits in between the <BODY> and </BODY> tags.

CSS is the language for describing the presentation of Web pages, including colors, layout, and fonts. It allows one to adapt the presentation to different types of devices, such as large screens, small screens, or printers. CSS is independent of HTML and can be used with any XML-based markup language. The separation of HTML from CSS makes it easier to maintain sites, share style sheets across pages, and tailor pages to different environments. This is referred to as the separation of structure (or: content) from presentation.

SQL Database

SQL (pronounced “ess-que-el”) stands for Structured Query Language. SQL is used to communicate with a database. It is the standard language for relational database management systems. SQL statements are used to perform tasks such as update data on a database, or retrieve data from a database.

Some common relational database management systems that use SQL are:

Oracle, MySql, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, Access, Ingres, etc. Although most database systems use SQL, most of them also have their own additional proprietary extensions that are usually only used on their system. However, the standard SQL commands such as “Select”, “Insert”, “Update”, “Delete”, “Create”, and “Drop” can be used to accomplish almost everything that one needs to do with a database.

Asking of questions and building relationship

People find it very difficult to work with deadlines especially when they have series of tasks to perform. Today I learned how to manage my time and finish before the deadline.

Asking of question is an important step in programming your brain cannot not take all the codes on earth so you need to ask questions, also you can get help from your teammates and instructor. The internet is always open so utilize all available resource e.g GitHub, google.

Don’t hold back when it comes to asking your teammates and instructors, it is possible that they don’t know the exact answer but I trust they will always lead you close to the solution.

So Far! So Good!

I have been able to improve myself with all these learning skills added to my knowledge bank.

Thanks for reading my post
