Yup, I set this up with IFTTT long ago because I didn’t trust pocket to save my favorites forever.

Mine is like this:
Highlight > Copy > Press “Workflow” > Paste the highlighted text to designated note in Evernote (with Date+URL) > Switch back to Pocket.
